Just a reminder -- to Qualify for Holiday Pay for the Upcoming Holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, & New Year's Day) --- You MUST have 300 career hours with Teamtemps.  You must also work every day the week prior to and the week of the Holiday that the Company is open and that you are scheduled to work.  IF you meet these requirements, you will be paid an 8 hour bonus on your paycheck.

W2s will be Available On-line

Want to get your W2 Electronically?

***Register by January 2, 2013, to receive your W2 electronically this year.  If you decide not to register, a paper W2 will be sent in the mail by January 31, 2015.

*** You will receive an email no later than January 31, 2013, telling you that your W2 is ready to retrieve.  If you encounter any problems with registration, please email us at W2@billingdoc.com.


How to Register to Receive Your W2 by email

  • Go to http://www.w2copy.com and click "eW2signup".
  • Type your company code iw2165 and click "Submit."
  • Create a user name and password and click "Submit Information."
  • Type the following:
    • Your name as it appears on the pay check.
    • Your social security number.
    • Your email address.
  • Click the email delivery circle.
  • Click "Submit Information."
  • Check your email.  You will receive a confirmation email from w2@billingdoc.com.  Click on the link it contains to complete the registration process.  If you do not receive or respond to the email, the W2 will be mailed to you.
How to Open Your eW2
  1. Click in the link in your eW2 retrieval email OR go to http://www.w2copy.com and click "Retrieve eW2."
  2. When prompted, enter your company code, the username and password you created upon registering.  
  3. The second time you are asked for the password, enter your social security number (without hyphens).

July 4th Holiday


This is a reminder that all timecards MUST be turned in by Monday, July 2nd for you to be paid on the week of July 4th.  With the holiday falling on a Wednesday, the banks will be closed, so any time not turned in on Monday will not be deposited until the following week.  


Please make sure to remember to turn in your timecard.   You can fax it to (229) 249-0015 and drop off the original later.  Just make sure that we get it.


Also, a reminder that to qualify for Holiday Pay -- you must have 300 career hours with Teamtemps and you MUST work every day the week prior to the holiday and the week of the holiday that they company is open and that you are scheduled to work.  If you qualify for the Holiday pay, it will show up on your check (in the bonus column) on the check that you receive the week of July 12th.

Memorial Day

Monday, May 28th is Memorial Day and the Teamtemps Office will be Closed.  This is one of the 6 Holidays that Teamtemps recognizes for Holiday pay (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day).  To qualify for Holiday pay, you must have accumulated 300 career hours with Teamtemps.  You must work every day the week prior to & the week of the Holiday that the company is opened and that you are scheduled to work.  If you qualify for the Holiday pay, you will receive an extra 8 hours paid to you as a BONUS on your pay check that you receive on June 7th. 

If you have any questions, you can call (229) 247-8367 and ask to speak with someone in Payroll.  You need to access your checkstub first and see if you were paid the Bonus before you call.
