Paychecks for the Week of Christmas and New Year's.

Everyone will be paid on Thursdays, as normal, the week of Christmas and New Year's.  

If you are responsible for turning in your own timesheet, make sure to have it in to the Teamtemps Office no later than Monday at 5pm.  If it is turned in late, you will not be paid until the following week because of the banks being closed mid-week for the Holiday.

W2s available on line

W2s Will Be Available On-Line

Want to get your W2 electronically?
Register by January 2, 2014, to receive your W2 electronically this year. If you decide not to register, a paper W2 will be sent in the mail by January 31, 2014.

You will receive an email no later than January 31, 2014, telling you that your W2 is ready to retrieve. If you encounter any problems with registration, please email W2@billingdoc.com.

How to Register to Receive Your W2 by email
Go to http://www.w2copy.com and click”E-W2 & W2 Retrieval/Login/Register”
·         Type the following:
o   Your name as it appears on the check
o   Your social security number
o   Your email address
o   Create an user name and password
o   Type the company code iw2165 and check the E-W2 box.
·        Click “Submit”

If you have signed up for E-W2 for the previous year, you can use the same name and password. If you do not remember them, follow the steps to retrieve them****

How to Open Your E-W2
·         Click the link in your E-W2 retrieval e-mail or go to http://www.w2copy.com and click “Retrieve eW2”.
·         When prompted, enter the company code iw2165, the user name and password you created upon registering.

·         The second time you are asked for the password, enter your social security number (without hyphens).

Insurance Open Enrollment and Upcoming Hoildays

Open Enrollment for Insurance starts on November 10th and runs through December 10th.  If you are interested in signing up for Insurance, you need to do so during this time period.    You can come by the Teamtemps office in Homerville or Valdosta to sign-up.   If you are working out of town on a job site, please contact us and we will get the forms to you.

We have several Holidays upcoming.  Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.
Remember to qualify for Holiday pay, you must have worked 300 career hours with Teamtemps.  You must also work every day scheduled the week prior to the holiday and the week of the holiday.    You will be paid as a bonus on your checkstub.

Remember, if you are responsible for turning in your own timesheet that you do so in a timely fashion.  Time is due every Monday by 5pm.  Keep in mind, that if your time is not turned in by Monday at 5pm, it could prevent you from getting paid on time during the holiday weeks.  With the banks being closed for the holidays, it is imperative that we get everything submitted on time.   Paychecks will be issued on Wednesday, November 27th, the week of Thanksgiving.  You will be paid on Thursday, as normal, all of the other weeks this year.

Memorial Day

Monday, May 27th is Memorial Day and the Teamtemps Office will be Closed.  This is one of the 6 Holidays that Teamtemps recognizes for Holiday pay (New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day).  To qualify for Holiday pay, you must have accumulated 300 career hours with Teamtemps.  You must work every day the week prior to & the week of the Holiday that the company is opened and that you are scheduled to workIf you qualify for the Holiday pay, you will receive an extra 8 hours paid to you as a BONUS on your pay check that you receive on June 7th.

If you have any questions, you can call (229) 247-8367 and ask to speak with someone in Payroll.  You need to access your checkstub first and see if you were paid the Bonus before you call.
